The raiders won fight after fight as Inferno watched, mismatched eyes hawkish and intense in their tracking over the crowd, guarding the other fighters' backs. With her attention on her packmates Inferno was almost taken by surprise when she was rushed by a growling, slashing, heavyset younger wolf. She quickly twisted to send the tusks sliding along her armor, taking the brunt of the charge on the brass-covered breastplate with a grunt as the heavier wolf's momentum pushed her skidding backwards. She didn't return the fierceness of her opponent's growl but instead stayed silent as she sought to slice her long fangs across the side of Henbane 's neck. She would need to stay as mobile as possible to mitigate the slight edge their weight difference gave her opponent, so she didn't try to gain a grip but just aimed to lacerate.
