After a restful week on The Forgotten Isles, a place she found intriguing and wanted to explore further, a woman with peach sand-colored skin made her way towards Aspen Dam. The ground beneath her feet softened in some areas, likely due to recent rains causing the dam to overflow. Her keen sense of smell picked up a lone scent that grabbed her attention - likely a solitary brute. Whether it was part of a herd or not didn't matter to her; she needed to eat. She would even share her meal with others, as she knew she would. With a chuckle, she continued on the trail, despite the open land making it harder to flank and hunt. Keeping a safe distance away from the lone water buffalo, she observed it grazing and drinking water, waiting patiently. She was cautious, well aware of the risks, even though her hunger urged her to make a move. Noticing the buffalo limping on its front leg, she guessed it was an old wound, as there was no scent of blood in the air."Speech!"
Identification however did tuck the bracelet of shell and stones away for safe keeping. Eyes soon locking onto the water buffalo once more, she patiently waited for others, if others would arrive and come to aid her in this hefty hunt and a meal that would do more than fill them. And probably be able to harvest some and take back to were ever they may come from or even offer a alpha to join the pack. She smirked at the thought, as muscles coiled and uncoiled. Her tail still behind her frame. When the buffalo moved she moved carefully. Stalking, but making it appear she wasn't a threat.
