The ghost of ghouls long since passed didn't seem that interested in following through after all, and Wake is quick to turn on his next opponent. One down, one to go? Maybe there's some fun out here for him, after all. It seemed like everyone else was coming up roses, some (perhaps false) confidence coursing through the boy.

Tossing his head and turning gracefully, Wake rushes the larger boy. Teeth gnashing, a (nearly) playful growl echoing from somewhere deep in his chest. Lashing out recklessly as he closes the gap, Wake strikes for the grey and white creature's shoulder. Right, this is supposed to be fun. Was he having fun yet?
