Wylan hadn’t spent much time at the smithy, but it reminded him of Charlie. He deeply missed his Uncle, and he found himself gravitating more to the machinery that his Uncle used to use so often. When he arrived, he found Ignita already there. It wasn’t the first time he had seen the other wolf by the Smithy, and he trotted up to her with a smile.

He could immediately feel the heat, and knew she was working on something. “Are you making more broaches?” He asked curiously, peeking over her shoulder to see if he could figure out what the steward was getting up to. She had been kind enough to give his companion Krark one last time
