Seeing red

Her brow furrowed deeply, her golden eyes dancing between his, trying to read him, trying to ascertain exactly what this part of the game was. But as he dug into her shoulder and ground it into the dirt she gasped! She choked back a tear from the pain, and stifled a sob.

He raised his other paw! She cowered trembling, bracing for the inevitable smack. A whimper again as he pushed. She looked up, so confused.

"No! I haven't changed my mind! I promise! I just! I didn't want-to-get-pregnant-until-after-your-tests!" She said rapidly. Scrambling from beneath his paw, trying to breathe, trying to push his paw off her.

"They'd be mine too!" She snarled out!
