Control… that’s what it all came down to, didn’t it? He felt his control over her slipping, even as she scrambled for some small measure of it. He rubbed a paw across his eyes, feeling suddenly tired. The anger fled him, and in its absence, exhaustion flooded in. “Some time. Some control. Iggy.” He muttered softly, lowering himself slowly to the floor. Looking at her as if afraid too much attention on her might break her.

“I just want them now… push everything else aside. Who and what we are, the whys, everything. I just want to grasp that future. I thought you were taking something from me.” he admitted. As far as apologies went, it was lacklustre, but it was all he had at the moment. “What have I hidden from you Ignita? What do you want to know? Ask me.” He thought he’d been rather good about sharing with her, when sharing had never come easily to him.
