Seeing red

He watched her take it in. He wasn't offended by the silence, he knew well that he was putting her through the ringer today. From fear at his explosive anger, to understanding the depths he would go for her.


She pulled away from him and he let her go, when his instincts were to hold on tighter. He watched in silence as she approached the wall where she had let out some of her anger earlier.


When she turned back to him, he closed the distance between them again. To hell if it was the wrong move, he wanted to be closer to her. He pressed a paw lightly against the side of her shoulder. “If we can't bear children, I'll be heartbroken. But I don't love you for kids. I want them now because I'm an impatient asshole Warlord. Having them or not doesn't change how deeply I want to tie you to me. And me to you.”
