Alaric studied the woman carefully before turning his body back towards where he originally entered the land. He motioned her to follow beside him, his companions travelling behind them. "I am Alaric Warmaw." He introduced himself then flickered his gaze to the two cane corsos. "They grey cane corso is Cinder. The black cane corso is Maul." He introduced his companions briefly, giving her time to respond. "We will see in time how you learn." He rumbled to her, flicking an ear. "Until then, we keep moving. I am moving more north to the middle lands of Boreas." He told the woman, inviting her to follow. "We will work on your defenses first, then move to offense." He further explained the task ahead. He would make sure she learned, one way or another. She wouldn't be defenseless.
