By the time they were done with the reading lesson she felt a small headache starting to form. Some of the words spellings and syllables made no sense.
He was then turning to a page and she glanced at it. Her brow furrowed, more of those weird words that weren't spelled how you would of thought. He said they would probably burn it and she glanced over its instructions that she could somewhat make out. Though the picture were most of its give aways.
She nodded though. Then moved to follow him to the prep area he had set up. It wasn't her first time cooking. Though normally hers wasn't cut vegetables. His words about her being quiet were answered with a hum of thought. "Do you wish for me to speak more then master?" her eyes went to the vegetables he had and she set herself up ready to cut them like the book had shown. And he was handing her a knife. A blink. Most masters wouldn't dare, but maybe if she were a more violent slave he wouldn't of done so. Her eyes went bad to the potatoes and she pulled one closer, before setting about doing her best to cut them into slices. They weren't pretty but it would do this time maybe.
