The pups had grown well and even at this young age the boy was taller than her, though he didn't seem quite confident in his skills. That wasn't unexpected though, he was still quite young and had plenty of time to grow and improve. Jynn's legs coiled as the boy raced toward her head-on. As he neared she side-stepped to her right, just in time to avoid the brunt of the boy's attack though she felt his shoulder slide along her left shoulder. He was quick for his size. Jynn's head whipped to the side as she attempted to bite the outside of his left arm, just over the deltoid. She hoped to cut skin but not leave a serious wound. Pain was a part of battle but she didn't want to cause any permanent damage to her students.
