Boggy tried his hardest to catch up to his brother, but with the head start the boy had, Boggy's short little puppy legs just couldn't keep up. All the running and panting and cursing in the world didn't bring him closer to Atoll and by the end of it, the dark merled pup crossed the imaginary finish line before his brother. Which meant there was only one course of action.
As Boggy caught up to his brother, he didn't slow down, he kicked off harder. He launched himself, claws and fangs at Atoll, letting out a very ferocious yip that meant he intended to tear him apart.
