Comfortable

For the first time since she’d lost her family she was part of another unit… but what were they considered, really? A pride? A pack? What did you call a group of cats that would accept anyone and every other species? Regardless, it had made her happy. Being near the gully allowed her companions to rest at the ocean much of the time, in the water where they were far more comfortable. Sucre however yearned for adventure, her green eyes bright as she wandered through dried brown grass and past the plants that were still clinging to life in these autumn months. A rumble left her as she flopped next to a flower and lifted her forelegs to bat at it. She was happy and felt safe. Even if the other cats would have to get used to her, she trusted Raumr and Taiga. They would make sure everything was alright for everyone.
