Don't Touch Me

Veigar wasn't a fan of surprises. If he had it his way, every day would be exactly the same- no deviations from the usual. But being blind didn't afford him that opportunity. Sometimes things happened, things he could never anticipate, like.... running into a stranger. His protective instincts kicked in immediately as he collided with him, hackles raising and fur bristling as he made to lift his head a bit higher, wanting to come across as threatening.

If only he could bully his way out of every situation.

A growl ripped from his throat as he tried to determine the stranger's whereabouts. Even his voice seemed obscured in the thick fog, his scent even more difficult for Veigar to place.

"I could say the same to you," he snarled, barely hesitating before lunging forward. With his senses muffled, it was hard to tell the other man's exact position, but immediately Veigar was flooded with rage. The pale markings on his coat glowed in unison with his anger, neon green spittle flying from his mouth as he snapped his jaws toward Kostas, aiming to strike him.
