Inferna’s heart raced, her entire body thrumming with adrenaline as she darted through the shallows. The shark’s thrashing movements sent waves crashing around her legs, but she barely noticed, her excitement overriding caution. This was the ultimate thrill.

“Alright, big guy, let’s end this!” she shouted, her pink eyes gleaming with her reckless idea. She surged forward, the shark’s snapping jaws a blur as it thrashed weakly. Timing her move, she leaped to its side, her paws splashing water as she maneuvered.

With a burst of energy, she lunged for its head, her teeth aimed directly at one of its dark, glassy eyes. The shark whipped its head toward her, jaws snapping dangerously close to her side. Inferna twisted mid-strike, narrowly avoiding its teeth as her jaws found their mark.

The beast gave one final, desperate thrash before its movements slowed and then ceased altogether. Inferna stepped back, panting heavily, her coat streaked with water and blood. She grinned, a wild gleam in her eye as she turned to the others. “Now that was a fight!”
