Hangry Hangry Hippos

He didn't expect the others to listen to him. They were wolves after all and Raumr figured they probably had some sort of negative viewing toward him. Though he didn't mind it, he still felt some sort of frustration as they faced off the hippo. Maybe he was wrong and they would prove him of that, or not. Not that it would matter in the end. Predators needed to eat and unfortunately, this predator would be their next meal.

Keeping the hippo distracted with sharp claws lashing at its face, he stays away from its dangerous teeth. The noise it makes is disgusting and wrong, but he pushes on anyway. Blood and chunks of skin fly into the air, sticking to his fur and hair. His paw catches its cheek, nails digging in deep until blood pools into the water.
