Midnight Thoughts

The Insomnian Queen looked up at the sky with a sigh, the itch to go further and return to her duties a constant feeling. Not only that, but to go and run around with her pups, check on those that still remained in the pack, and of course, to see how her mate was doing. He was young, she was well aware of that. He had ambitions of his own of course, and she didn't know where his ambitions would take him beyond attempting to secure a pack of his own. Of course, she had no qualms about his ambitious side. As far as she could tell, everyone had some sort of ambition for something. She considered going to find him, to see how things were going since she'd been holed up and restricted so she could heal, but before she could, he would find her first.

Her ear flicked at the sound of her name and she turned around to find the larger male, her lips curling into a smile as her tail beat the ground for a moment before she stood and turned around, wincing a bit as her stiff leg ached with the movement. "Erebos! Medusa is happy to see him!"
