She had grown used to the mountains by now. Quiet frankly the youth enjoyed the feeling of the cold wind in her fur. She’d grown she thought to herself. Through all the chaos in her life she had finally found scraps if not small sparks of structure. The odd girl walked along one of the paths covered in snow. Although dangerous her black eyes concentrated on her paws. Watching each step and enjoying the cold feeling shooting up her pads. Jaybird decided then, she was officially made for colder weather.

Jaybird let out a breath watching it wisp up like clouds in front of her. She wondered why did that happen, always when it was cold enough the heat turned visible. A curious thing making the girl tilt her head before coming to a stop. There was still a lot more for her to see and learn. She couldn’t wait to go back to her mother and tell her of the adventures she’d been given. It was a blessing.
