Mojito was out stretching his legs, he'd spent the whole morning with the puppies, he and Nao were taking shifts right now, pretty soon they'd be up and harassing more wolves than just their fathers but for now they needed watching near constantly. Mojito almost missed the first days when all they'd done was eat and sleep. Now they were starting to interact more meaningfully with the world around them and he was finding seven pups was a lot to try and wrangle at once. Still he was starting to catch glimpses of their personalities by now. Mojito was also exhausted! He admittedly hadn't been in the den for any part of his daughter's early weeks, or any part of his time in the Armada... Naiche had been the one spending his nights cuddled up with Asla until she'd kicked him out too, even though Mojito had asked her not to do that, not for him at least. So he hadn't quite gotten the new parent experience from that angle and he was pretty sure two pups was much easier to handle than seven!

But he couldn't let his new children keep him from at least seeing to his own health and his duties. Spring was upon them and while it was a wet one that meant that hopefully life was returning, well nourished by the regular rains. Today it was drizzling lightly and Mojito had made his way over to the rapids, eager to see what he might be able to find, what he might be able to finally fill his stores with. When had he last felt like this? It must have been before he'd broken things off with Asla... A place to rest that didn't feel like he had to be looking over his shoulder every second, a wolf he loved and children he adored, both his eldest and the new puppies, not even a little rain could sour his mood... But maybe there was something that could...
