Brotherly... tolerance?
Redrum
It didn’t take Sawbone long to find what he was looking for. It was a lizard, and the boy barely caught the slippery thing. It thrashed as he held onto a back leg, whipping him with its tail as he happily danced back to the den. And good, Red was still asleep~ He would step up to his brother’s side… and drop the lizard unceremoniously on his face. “Wakey wakey~” He shouted with glee. He would dance back, his blue eyes filled with mischief as he waited for Redrum’s reaction.
His dreams started off pleasantly, catching those dastardly field mice in the grasses… it was sunny, with a pleasant breeze making the dancefloor.. Well, dance. The grass carried along with it the rustling sounds of life, and the scuttles of small prey… Until all at once he laid eyes upon a dark figure in the grass. The sun turned into a moon, the breeze turned cold and still. Even the grass changed colors and shifted into deadened yellow. And the boy, with his fur bristling, could not move as the cougar stalked him again.
Then, a voice rang out loudly- shouting ’Wakey wakey!’ And the vermillion boy was sent into a startled break to awakeness. A creepy sensation upon his face, Redrum screeched -snapping his jaws closed as he scrambled to sit upright. Unfortunately, the poor lizard that was Sawbone’s prank had ended up chomped in half, one piece writhing on the floor, the other bloody and desperate within Redrum’s jaws.
As he realized what had happened, his gaze on the mirthful form of his brother, he dropped the other half of the lizard on the ground. His brows furrowed, bloodied teeth out for display as he yelled at Sawbone. “Sawbone wants. to- laugh? Redrum will wipe- that smile, off his. face!” The large boy shot forward at his brother, attempting to bite him wherever possible.

But there was no escape for Saw, and the sunset skeleton realized that as his brother cut him off and began snapping at him. Alright, a fight it was! Sawbone growled as he rounded on his brother and lifted his forepaws off the ground and thrust them in the direction of his brother’s face. “Taste paw!” He cried in retaliation.

As the boy surged forth at Sawbone, he tasted the metallic blood of the poor lizard, his golden eyes set on his smaller brother. He didn’t want to truly harm him, but the ebbing trauma of his dream had left him… rather distressed. His brain was still scrambled, groggy, and short-sighted enough at his age that he simply acted.
Sawbone spat some words, daring him, but cut off he could only respond in kind to Redrum’s advance. The vermillion boy gritted his teeth as a set of paws were thrust into his face, smacking his square on his snout and cheek respectively. b style="color:#cc0000; text-shadow: 1px 1px 5px #000;font-family: 'Special Elite', cursive;">“Saw!” But it was his turn now! The larger boy aimed to push forward, trying to take Sawbone down to the ground now that he was only supported by his hindlegs.
