he strode some ways from home on a personal, rather intimate mission. armada was a busy pack with many events taking place. the raid for one, and the task of constant progression filled his que often. but today, he set forth ideas of securing a love life. a special someone-, a connection of sorts. a slow one surely, but a potential he wanted to grasp, nonetheless.
the large alabaster male galloped until he saw many trees with soft rays beaming through the canopies above. casimir stood out as his inky nose trailed her. the scent fresh and new to his snout that flared, eager for more. his crimson eyes then fetched forward, his own hesitation causing him to pause as his head slowly rose from the terrain. was he ready for this?
seconds of ponder gave way to a thoughtful step forward, then two, then three. and it's here he discovered the womanly thing. closer and closer he drew to his sought out encounter. could one relate that casimir took his life by the horns? a director in his own life, he honed in on what he wanted. it was who he was.

Tethys Fatalis

Tethys often lingered around the Armada territories, rarely going far from the north. When everything you needed was so close to home, it didn't make much sense to wander very far. She knew there was much more to the world than her secluded life in the north but none of it seemed to appeal to her enough to force her to move. This forest in particular was familiar but not enough to seem entirely predictable; there was always more to explore.

Her nose low to the ground, the galaxy-pelted woman slunk between the trunks of a few tightly clustered redwoods. The spring sun, offering reprieve from the mild winter temperatures, managed to penetrate the treetops above and filter through to the forest floor. It revealed the life that was beginning to spring up here, new growth ferns creeping up around the tree trunks.

The Fatalis woman barely noticed she was being followed before it was too late. Well - would be too late, were he a predator and she his prey. She hadn't anticipated on running into a fellow packmate out this way, and she was slow to turn and greet him with a slight dip of her head. He wasn't familiar to her, but most wolves in the Armada weren't. Maybe someday she'd learn to be more social. "Afternoon," she greeted him, orange gaze scanning his face and trying to discern his mood. Or anything about him at all, really.

upon discovering the female, his nose picked up the subtle wear of armada. a packmate? his shoulders dropped slightly, relief feeling his belly as the edge was taken off. no threat would be here and his cordiality was a guarantee. he dipped his maw upon halting, his red eyes skimming over her features before aligning back to her cognac pools. she held an air of dispassion, or rather indifference. the stoicism of it all too familiar. a distant man himself, casimir found comfort in her simplicity. "afternoon to you as well." his gaze was relaxed but unwavering, focusing on her with quiet intent. his face gave way to no emotional cues, something he struggled to correct. but maybe here, he could just be. "my name is casimir svyet. may I know your name?" he was direct, easy to understand and perhaps too formal. a habit he held.
he seated himself before her, finding his eyes drawn to her dark pelt with seemingly glowing patterns. she was beautiful and alluring, arousing his personal interest to know more about her. her mysterious aura captivated him.

Tethys Fatalis

Being in the company of packmates was always easier then being around strangers. Tethys wouldn't have to keep her guard up quite as much, and her relief mirrored his as she felt some of the tension drop away from her - her shoulders grew slack, her tail giving a content flick back and forth behind her. He seemed about as expressive as she was - Cisimir's features were hard to read. He seemed serious in a casual, indifferent sort of way rather than a threatening one. She could work with that.

"Tethys Fatalis," she introduced herself, giving a slight nod of her head in acknowledgment of his own introduction. He'd joined recently, hadn't he? Tethys didn't tend to pay as much attention to new members of the Armada as she ought to. Not one who tended to enjoy change very much, she was content to only get to know those who had been part of the pack for a long while. Maybe her stubbornness in that regard wasn't such a good thing.

Her own gaze drifted over the slightly smaller wolf's features. His coat was crisp white, quite different from her own multi-hued one; for a moment she found herself envying him. She'd never cared much for being the center of attention but it seemed her appearance lent itself to catching the attention of others. "You joined the Armada not long ago, right? How are you finding it so far?" It was all she'd ever known, so she was curious how others viewed their home.
