His paws moved quickly through the woods. Leaping over gnarled roots and avoiding fallen trunks, Wilder began his search from the inside out. Starting close to the central area of disease, ensuring to avoid direct contact with any trees or animals that appeared sick, he begins to look. His muzzle thrown up to the sky, a loud and high-pitched alerting howl that clearly stated ’Any Armada wolf in the Mile-High Woods is to meet me at the southeast entrance per Warlord’s orders.’

With that, he sends his bird out to search for others ahead of him and near the outskirts. To also warn any loners spotted that it wasn’t safe either. Oleander had mentioned his family lived within the woods so there were sure to be some Armadan wolves out and about.

Anyone who is found by Wilder can either come run around searching with him or be waiting at the meeting point! ICly, the meeting point is a really old and big oak tree with a large hollowed out knot that an owl lives in near the southeast entrance before crossing paths with Dreamer’s Col.

Please also try to note what symptoms your character is having so far (if any) as Wilder told Basilisk that he would keep the Warlord updated!

Woods wolves found and collected:

The winged boy had been slowly introducing Hikaru to this mountain version of the Armada. He was taking it slow, and giving his kids a chance to meet the wolf if they wanted to. He knew it was a complicated situation, and he wasn't pushing anyone. They were in the den when a pack wolf Mort hadn't met yet called out an urgent order. Apparently the order came to him through the Warlord and couldn't be ignored.


He looked at the smaller wolf beside him and tilted his head. “We'd better go see what this is about. This is… unusual” he explained to his… boyfriend? With hikas agreement, he slipped out of the den and trotted to the meeting point.

Life was so easy to get back into the swing of while he was next to Mortis. Like they hadn’t been apart all those years he fit back in like a glove. Knowing he had a family now did complicate things, but the sweet koi wouldn’t dream of forcing himself on anyone. He would offer the same kind of love and support to Mort’s children as he would to Mortis himself if they needed him to. Or if they preferred he stayed out of their lives all together he was happy to provide that as well. For now he was just settling in, and wouldn’t have made any judgments either way.

He was disturbed by the call, but as Mortis led the way out he wouldn’t put up any kind of fight. Under the Warlord’s order something had to have been amiss. The smaller wolf followed Mort to the meeting place, his curious silver gaze alert as his kohl lined ears.
