Epimethius was back, ready to catch another animal for its resources. This time he would be going after a bison, which meant he needed a much stronger trap. A snare would simply not cut it this time. So he began finding lone branches from old bushes or things that had blown or washed up nearby. Taking his time gathering them, along with any twine-like fibers from bushes and plants.

He would need to sharpen the branches, his hope was to make a trap that would both crush and cut into the flesh of the bison. Making it weaker and easier for him to catch and bring down. But the sharpening of branches and construction of the trap would need to wait, right now it was all about collecting the resources for it.

Ursus was beginningto learn that the wolf-dog was craftier than he appeared on the outside. After a successful bout with a lion and crafting the traps to down the antelope, he didn't hesitate to approach once more. This time, it seemed that the wolf-dog was collecting larger, thicker, stronger branches and sticks. Definitely not the sign of snare traps. Though he might be of more help this time instead of sending Locke to do the tedious work.

"How big of sticks would you like?" Ursus requested, okay being the one following directions instead of giving them. He could bow to the will of others when needed. It was all a part of the game of life.

When Epimethius responded, Ursus would turn. Walking along the edges of the prairie where windswept boughs lay haphazardly, ready for the taking. Using his large mouth to gather quite a few, he would traverse back and forth until the wolf-dog deemed they had enough sticks.

His companions, Locke & Marion, are always present with him unless stated otherwise.
Much to his chagrin, Senua is welcome to crash any of his threads not marked private.
