Ellara Praetor

THERE AINT NO REST FOR THE WICKED

Winter had come for all of them, and it left Enyo wondering where the year went so quickly. The first biting winds swept across Boreas, and the cliffs only buffered so much of it. It was very cold, so much so that Enyo wondered how the ocean didn't freeze over like the lakes and rivers did.

Something about salt... She was sure Erebos would know. Maybe.

Despite the frigid winds, Enyo was quite comfortable. Her thick fur acted as a shield. The beach was dead quiet, save for the crash of the waves against the cliffs ahead. The Dunamis prowled along the shoreline, her eyes scanning the bay for any signs of life.

There was a smell amongst the brine, the faint scent of decay. Soon, her gaze found a small fish. It's faint rotting form already buried in the sand. Ugh. Enyo's lip curled in disdain. Nothing of use. She didn't so much as pause her stride, her broad shoulder shifting with each steps.

Even if she did ever stoop so low, one measly fish wouldn't be enough to feed her family. There would be no need, and she was certain she would find something somewhere. There was prey to be found, something worth pursuit.
