Support staff are focused on player support, answering questions and support tickets, and assisting players both on-site and on Discord.

Maintenance staff are focused on keeping up with site maintenance, including completing Maintenance requests, accepting new characters, and processing skill claims and purchases.

All staff members and judges are to adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in immediate dismissal from your staff or judge position.

  1. Not to share your account details or access with anyone.
  2. Not to use staff abilities for non-staff related things
  3. To abide by the rules set by the admins.
  4. To promptly read and adhere to any updates or changes to these rules.
  5. Not to disclose any sensitive information related to the site, staff, or projects.
  6. To remain unbiased for the good of the site.
  7. To complete staff related jobs monthly.
  8. To remain professional and respectful to staff and members.
  9. To represent the site positively and uphold its reputation.
