Víðarr has two Karelian bear dogs and a white morph tawny owl. Assume they're within calling distance unless otherwise stated.
Víðarr speaks with a dense Swedish accent.

Hattori was not expecting to see the Viking again so soon. And though he was not exactly a people person even at the best of times, he sensed that things had worked out favourably for the dark wolf. He heard it in the tone of his howl, low and deep, like billowing northern winds. A sound that by its very nature did not belong here, did not fit in with the climate and feeling of this place. Vðarr was an outsider, but not entirely unwelcome.
Hattori emerged from the bamboo thicket, gaze silver and sharp, wanting to know more sooner rather than later. Silence settled for a moment, neither men could hardly be called talkative at the best of times. From what Hattori saw the man had no injuries to speak of, none that weren't bruises hidden beneath fur at least. But he truly did seem out of place here, somewhat out of sorts, clearly uncomfortable in this weather.
"Víðarr. "

It was settled then, good. If nothing else the Viking tended to his business quickly, didn't leave it festering for too long, didn't run the risk of having it rot from within. Hattori had been thinking about what he expected in return, because he understood that not specifying what he wanted left a gaping void in their wake. What ifs and possibilities, a shadow looming over Víðarr shoulders, and though Hattori could not say he was pleased he was not so petty that he intended to use this as a stick to beat the other man with. That would require effort Hattori did not wish to expend, if nothing else.
"Your effort is noted, you have travelled far." If nothing Hattori could appreciate the fact it was a long walk and that the Viking clearly did not belong in such a climate. Hattori wondered what the Viking had in mind, if he had any counteroffers, something to help smoothen over relations, other than the drinks he had brought last time. "And what is it you wish to say?"

Víðarr's offer was a strong one, clearly not a half measure meant to placate the Kaicho as they both knew such a lacklustre effort would not have worked. Víðarr was effectively putting his own blood on the line, offering the most valuable asset a wolf like him had, his legacy. Hattori made a deep noise in the base of his throat, a sound of acknowledgement, that he truly knew what this meant. As of right now Hattori did not have any suitable sons or heirs in mind, for as harsh as it sounded he had in essence written off Kuroki and Takashi. Kuroki was...himself and Takashi did not seem to have what it took to lead, kept to himself too much and simply did not have the drive for it. And even if he asked that of his sons, he did not think they would be interested. He was many things-including disappointed in how they had turned out- but he would not force them into this. It went against his own and their interests.
It did bring up a point though, as things stood Tojo was unstable and uncertain in this regard. Should he fall for any reason, who would take his place? Certainly not his cousin, though perhaps one of his sons would be capable of it one day as he was too young as of now. Hattori knew this was something he had to consider, more seriously at least than he had done before.
"I accept the offer." Though there would be logistics to explore and have set in stone. Does Tenshi know?"
