Even then, it didn't quite strike Tethys that she might be truly unwell. Colds were nothing to worry about, not unless you were very young or very old, or suffered from some other kind of ailments that might make recovery slow. She'd fight this off and be just fine. Though she swayed, he stepped forward and she felt her weight leaning on him, relieved to not hit the ground. She'd just run here too quickly and needed to rest. That was all. But she couldn't rest! Her eyes flashed open, widening in fear. She didn't need medicine, not when they were being overrun!
But she felt suddenly weak, too tired to protest. Someone else had surely heard her call too and was coming to investigate. They'd ward off the infiltrators. The Armada was too strong to be taken down so easily.
"I... don't know...." she started, taking in a sharp breath of air. She followed him, complying despite not knowing where he was taking her. "Maybe a few days ago. Started to feel a little under the weather. Like a cold, I guess." Another step and she found herself swaying again, the world growing hazy before her. She tried to lean hard into Oleander, most of her weight abruptly falling against him.
