Pythia stills, allowing her sister time to adjust and compensate to being without sight. It was something she was required to do every day. She was required to take in every sound, every scent, every feeling, emotion, touch, everything. In a way, being blind was helpful because she could focus on how someone was breathing or if there was danger closer by. Being aware of her surroundings in a way everyone else wasn't was an advantage in Pythia's mind. Would her sister agree?
After a few minutes of silence, Pythia decides to continue. "Now that you have adjusted to no sight, try to focus on a particular sound. Can you hear rabbits digging dirt? Deer grazing on grass? A bird flying through the air?" It would help her sister heighten her hearing if she stressed it enough, she was sure of it.
"speech"
