It had been a long time since Wylan had spent much time in the market, or sold the sweets he had made at a market stall. Perhaps the honey drops reminded him a little too much of his mother, who had caught the bees in the first place and set up the hives for the pack.

Today, he would be entering the market with a very different set of wares, something uniquely him. He’d been gathering his feathers for a while now, and they were set up before him in an array of different ways. There were feather necklaces, feather brooches, feather writing quills, and simply deaths by themselves. He had no idea how well they would sell, but he was willing to give a try.
